I am writing on behalf of Bryan Messer and ClearSound Design. I currently serve as the Director of Bands at Greensburg Community High School in Greensburg, Indiana. I also serve as the high school auditorium technician where I oversee a crew of ten high school students.

We as a group run lights and sound for every event that is held in our auditorium.
During the spring semester of the 2008 academic year, our school corporation contracted ClearSound Design to do a complete overhaul of our sound system in our high school auditorium.

The pre-existing sound system was deficient in many crucial ways. Our auditorium hosts more than thirty events annually between the traditional school functions as well as the various groups in the greater Greensburg community. The system we were seeking needed to be flexible and reliable, so that the demands that come with everything from the high school musical to rock concerts to local business meetings could be easily met and managed by a crew consisting primarily of high school students.

The process began with a meeting with Bryan Messer, President, where we discussed our uses and needs in the auditorium. Mr. Messer displayed superior knowledge of the equipment, a real understanding and empathy of the problems we needed to overcome, and an uncanny ability to find ways to compensate for the shortcomings of our auditorium and existing equipment. The installation went very smooth, and Mr. Messer and his staff were consummate professionals throughout the process.

It was during the final phase of the project where I felt that Mr. Messer distinguished himself from other sound companies. This isn’t the first sound system I’ve seen installed in our auditorium during my tenure. I’ve dealt with several other music companies, most of which know how to install the equipment, but not many seem to truly understand how to make one sound “good”. As a musician I appreciated Mr. Messer’s knowledge of acoustics and how to “tune” a room. As a teacher I was impressed by his ability and desire to stay after the project’s conclusion and teach my students how to properly use and maintain the equipment to insure proper working order.

Finally! An audio-video support company that really focuses on service! Jason Levert and the guys at ClearSound are the first a/v support company that I have trusted and enjoyed working with at the Indiana History Center. We used Clear Sound Design to install the sound system in our new church. We were very impressed with the installation and the professionalism of our installer. He demonstrated an excellent understanding of the equipment and its use.

I am writing on behalf of ClearSound Design. As recent customer of ClearSound Design I would like to encourage you about the work they have completed in our church sanctuary.

From beginning consultation, working with an architect, inviting us to their office to show us 3D concepts, to onsite work; all they have done was executed in a profession manner. ClearSound Design did a good job working within our budget and providing quality equipment, service at an affordable cost.

ClearSound Design offered ideas and solutions to our acoustical problems in our sanctuary, along with the best equipment that would maximize the overall worship experience. The installers did an excellent job installing the acoustical panels on the walls as well as placing a sub woofer in our stage and taking the time to frame it out to match our current wood trimming on stage.

ClearSound Design also went out of their way to accommodate our worship schedule by completing the project during a busy Christmas season. They executed the installation and supported it for 4 weeks through onsite training and setting up with our in-ear monitoring system. Through out the year they have taken the time to follow up with the system and come back out to work out frequency errors in our in-ear systems and make sure that everything is in proper working order.

Our overall experience with ClearSound Design has been rewarding to our worship service. Our congregation can hear with clarity the preaching, and through the music the overall sound experience is aiding in bring our people together to worship our Heavenly Father.

Our band has tighten up our sound and our tech team is able to utilize their gifts with the right tools to maximize our fullest potential on Sunday morning I would recommend any size church to sit down with ClearSound Design and see what they can do for your worship facility.
